    a.Thermal insulation
    After high-temperature cross-linking and foaming, a porous bubble structure is formed, and the multi-layer bubble barrier effectively blocks thermal energy transfer. The CTF experimental data attest : the lowest thermal conductivity ≤0.035w/m.k, and the highest thermal conductivity ≤0.095w/m.k.The larger times foaming ratio of foam, the lower thermal conductivity will be.

    b.Waterproof, moistureproof

The CTF experimental data attest : the minimum water absorption rate is ≤0.1% and the maximum water absorption rate is ≤0.4% at 23℃-22h, which conforms to the IPX7 waterproof level.     f.chemical resistance

    g.Lightweight,softness
    After high temperature cross-linking and foaming to form cell structure, the volume expands and the quality is almost unchanged. The foam foaming ratio times is larger, foam density is smaller , foam lighter and softer . The experimental data of CTF: the highest Shore hardness is 65°, the lowest hardness is 13°. 35 times the material is about 28kg/m³, which is the preferred lightweight material for industries with high demand for lightweight.

    h.Thermoforming

    i.Environmentally , non-toxic, odorless
    After high temperature cross-linking and foaming, without chemical residue and no peculiar smell; no halogen, no toxic gas will be produced even when burning and heating; the content of formamide is extremely low, and there is no toxic and harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals.
