Made by high temperature foaming after electron accelerator for irradiation, followed by extrusion of melted low density polyethylene (LDPE), AC foaming agent and other powders. Compared with XPE foam, IXPE foam has more delicate cellular, more smooth & flat surface, more excellent mechanical performance.
Thin IXPE foamrefers to IXPE foam products with a thickness ofbelow than 0.3mm, suitable for direct cutting oruse as adhesive-backed foam tape.
