New Product Update
Designed for HVAC duct liners and ventilation shafts, Thermalsoft Acoustifoam is a semi‑open‑cell physically cross‑linked polyolefin foam that integrates acoustic absorption and thermal insulation for commercial and residential construction projects.
Product Highlights
Manufactured from cross‑linked polyolefin foam, the material supports optional pressure‑sensitive adhesive backing and woven aluminium fabric lamination. It features low thermal conductivity (0.032 W/mK @23℃), ≤1% water absorption, zero fungal growth and low‑VOC output. The operating temperature ranges from ‑60℃ to +100℃, and it handles maximum air velocity up to 20.3 m/s (4000 fpm).
Available in multiple thicknesses from 5 mm to 54 mm, it delivers reliable SAC and NRC noise‑absorption performance for duct‑borne noise reduction. Flexible foam allows easy cutting and quick installation on straight or curved ductwork.

Global Fire‑Safety Certifications
Fully compliant with major international standards:
BS476 Class 0, UL94 HF‑1, ASTM E84, AS1530.3, EN 13501‑1 Euroclass, GB8624 / GB8410, with ISO 9001 & ISO14001 system certifications. CE and EN71 approvals are available for global projects.
